This retreat is part of a special transition.
The students Sandra Mahr, Bianca Kampa, Lilian Gscheidel, and Katharina Geith, who have already been on their own paths for some time, are designing and leading the seminar on their own responsibility. They pass on what they have received, integrated, and embodied—in their own way.

Ingo will give a talk on the topic of ancestors and healing and offer systemic constellations and evening meditations.

Viktoria will begin each morning with QiGong exercises. She will support the exploration of the ancestral theme with somatic exploration, inquiry, and authentic movement in dance.

We urgently need this power right now, so that more peace can arise within us and thus in the world. 

The retreat takes place at the beautiful, powerful, and familiar location of the Hollerbühl seminar house in the Black Forest.The nature, silence, and atmosphere of this place, as well as the familiarity of the participants, support the inner work and invite you to connect with yourself and your own lifeline.

The legacy of Holotropic Breathwork

Stanislav Grof, together with Brigitte Grof, founded the Grof Legacy, bringing together his life's work with the intention of preserving and passing on Holotropic Breathwork in its original depth and integrity.

Ingo and Viktoria are among Stan Grof's oldest students and have been sharing this work with the world for many years – with great depth, clarity, and spiritual power. 

We - Katharina, Lilian, Bianca, and Sandra - and all the other students are the young shoots on an old, strong tree. Our strength, our knowledge, and our nourishment come from deep within - from the roots, the ancestors, the teachers.The old and the young: Together, we will create a ritual of transition with the group.

In this retreat, we will open up space together for
